Zero Zone, Inc. in Ramsey, MN is seeking an HR Generalist who can administer HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the business and collaborate with department heads to support operations.

You will lead employee relations, training, recruitment, and compliance with federal and state laws, while maintaining confidentiality. The role includes a full-time schedule with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
• Minimum of five years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, general procedures, and employment law.
• Proficiency in an HRIS system and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development, implementation, and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations and communications, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints, provide coaching as needed.
• Assist with creating and implementing employee training programs and maintain records.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports from the database.
• Represent the company in community relations and establish a local presence.
• Handle talent acquisition aligned with budgeted expectations and goals.
