Durex Industries in Cary, IL is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to lead talent acquisition for a manufacturing facility while delivering day-to-day HR support. You will partner with operations leadership to attract, hire, onboard, and retain a skilled workforce, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

You will drive workforce planning, employee relations, and HR reporting, contributing to retention and development initiatives across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable years of experience.
• 5–10 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of MS Dynamics a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
