The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of employment law, and fluent Spanish communication skills to advise managers and employees effectively.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
• Experience supporting 1,000+ employees.
• Fluent Spanish in writing and speaking.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Manage employee relations investigations and policy interpretation.
• Administer benefits and open enrollment processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing and workforce planning.
