Job summary

Barcel USA LLC is seeking a People Generalist to support Plant Managers, leadership, and hourly associates across three shifts. The HRG will own HR initiatives, safety programs, onboarding, and labor relations to drive manufacturing effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of HR generalist experience in manufacturing, is bilingual (English/Spanish), and proficient with MS Office and HRIS. A strong coach and communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 4-6 years of progressive HR generalist experience in manufacturing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience helpful.
• Labor relations experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support plant managers and hourly associates across three shifts.
• Administer HR processes: staffing, onboarding, safety, and training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, and local employment laws.
• Maintain employee records, run HR metrics, and support audits.
• Coach managers on performance and employee relations matters.
