Kelly Services is partnering with a growing international manufacturing company in St. Louis, MO to hire an experienced HR Generalist for a direct-hire opportunity.

This role will support approximately 55 U.S.-based employees and oversee recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, and general HR operations. Approximately 60% of the role will focus on recruitment, making a strong talent acquisition background essential.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing HR experience required.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience required.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and coordinate recruitment efforts.
• Independently process payroll using Paycom.
• Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee leave requests.
• Provide general HR support, including employee relations, policy administration, and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with department managers and international leadership on HR initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and benefits providers.
