Job summary

CapstoneONE Search is representing a prominent manufacturing organization seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support its manufacturing operations. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders by providing guidance on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy administration, and compliance.

The incumbent will partner with managers, coordinate full-cycle recruiting, facilitate orientation, administer policies, support leave and workers'

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and corrective action.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Administer company policies and procedures with consistent application across the organization.
• Support leave administration, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and employee accommodations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee questions regarding HR programs.
• Support performance reviews and talent development processes.
• Partner with leadership on employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel documentation.
• Participate in HR projects focused on process improvement, compliance, and organizational development.
