gpac has partnered with a growing manufacturing company to hire an HR Generalist. The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, and enjoys supporting employees while working closely with leadership in Brandon, SD.

In this role you will handle daily HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits and payroll coordination, employee relations, and training. You will help implement policies and drive positive workplace culture across the site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of human resources experience.
• Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or in a similar HR role.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support daily HR operations and serve as a resource for employee questions.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Assist with employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns.
• Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and timekeeping.
• Assist with performance reviews, employee development, and training.
• Communicate and administer company policies consistently.
