Job summary

gpac has partnered with a growing manufacturing company to hire an HR Generalist who can support daily HR operations and answer employee questions in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation, assist with employee relations, benefits, payroll, and timekeeping, and help drive performance reviews and training programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of human resources experience.
• Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar HR role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
