Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with ability to build trust at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
• Serve as a trusted resource for associates and managers on HR programs, policies, and workplace matters.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Support employee relations investigations and performance management processes.
• Assist leaders with coaching, corrective actions, and development initiatives.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave programs, and other HR processes.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR reporting requirements.
• Conduct exit interviews and identify trends to improve retention.
• Deliver training and support leaders in hiring, performance management, workplace conduct, and HR best practices.
