Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent.
• Hands-on sourcing via LinkedIn and recruiting platforms; strong candidate assessment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and qualifications.
• Publish job postings on boards and recruiting platforms.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, social networks, and referrals.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screens, and build shortlists.
• Interview candidates across experience levels and manage communications.
• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Support job fairs and recruiting initiatives; track time-to-hire metrics.
• Advise managers on interviewing and candidate assessment; support hiring plans.
