Job summary

Sabre Industries is seeking an HR Generalist to provide professional guidance and support to plant employees and internal client groups. You will partner with the HR Manager on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and projects while upholding confidentiality.

The role requires hands-on engagement with benefits, policy questions, investigations, and HR compliance across state and federal laws. You will help improve morale, retention, and productivity in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of HR laws: FMLA, Workers' Comp, ADA.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR point of contact for plant employees and support benefits and pay administration.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR projects.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal HR laws and company policies.
• Assist with new employee onboarding and investigations.
• Coordinate employee activities and recognition events.
• Maintain HR records and support affirmative action plan with Excel/HRIS.
