Menomonee Falls is seeking an HR Generalist to blend full-cycle recruiting with hands-on HR support. This onsite role collaborates with manufacturing teams to address employee needs and ensure HR processes run smoothly.

You will partner with managers, coordinate onboarding, manage leaves, maintain records in HRIS, and support engagement, wellness, and training initiatives across the site.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably with a strong recruiting background.
• Working knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, including FMLA, workers’ compensation, EEO, I-9, and wage and hour laws.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and an HRIS.
• Strong communication and people skills, with a reputation for following through.
• Ability to remain organized while managing multiple openings, leave cases, deadlines, and employee needs.
• Good judgment and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
