Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Payroll experience and knowledge of payroll processes.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills for data analysis and dashboards.
• Knowledge of California employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to support all HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage payroll activities, leave administration, recruitment, and HR records.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees on career development.
• Support HR analytics, track metrics, and report trends to leadership.
• Maintain HR dashboards and ensure policy compliance.
