MW Precision Components - Helical in Santa Maria, CA is seeking an HR Generalist to manage administrative and strategic HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, policies, engagement, staffing, training, compensation and benefits.

The role requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in HR and at least two years of manufacturing HR experience, strong knowledge of state and federal laws, HRIS and payroll system proficiency, and excellent communication and confidentiality.

Formación

• Associate or bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum two years as HR Generalist, manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA and related laws.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong employee relations and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver HR policies and guidance for operations.
• Lead recruiting/staffing and candidate interviews.
• Drive hiring from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Administer benefits, compensation, and performance programs.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR objectives.
• Maintain HR information systems and payroll accuracy.
