Job summary

Linked, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role supports payroll, benefits, attendance, employee relations, training, safety, and FMLA compliance, requiring hands-on, organized work and strong communication skills.

UKG software experience is required, and bilingual Arabic/English communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing facility.
• UKG software experience required.
• Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems.
• Experience with employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Experience administering employee benefits and FMLA/leave programs.
• Knowledge of EHS and workplace safety compliance.
• Experience creating and maintaining training materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR activities and support employees and management.
• Process and support payroll activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee attendance, timekeeping, and HR records.
• Administer employee benefits and respond to benefits questions.
• Track FMLA and other leave programs.
• Handle employee relations issues and workplace conflicts.
• Support investigations and resolution of concerns.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR data.
• Develop training materials and assist with programs.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Assist with EHS/safety compliance activities and documentation.
• Ensure HR practices align with policies and plant operations.
• Partner with management on performance, attendance, and discipline.
• Prepare HR reports and data analyses.
• Assist with HR policies and communications.
