Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an HR professional to support the Sumter, SC plant by executing HR strategies and partnering with Talent Acquisition for site recruitment and events.

You will address employee relations, performance issues, and coaching, using HRIS to manage core HR processes and compliance. The role emphasizes training, policy communication, and ensuring fair compensation practices for the local market.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in HR Management, business or related field.
• HR certifications preferred.
• Minimum two years of HR experience.
• HR experience in manufacturing/industrial setting is a plus.
• Diverse experience in employment, associate relations, compensation administration, regulatory compliance, industrial safety, and workers' compensation.

Responsibilities

• Executes HR strategies in support of the Sumter plant and partners with Talent Acquisition for recruiting and site events.
• Supports employee relations, performance issues, coaching, and grievance handling.
• Uses HRIS to manage reporting, recruitment, performance management, and workforce processes.
• Addresses compensation issues to ensure internal and local market consistency.
• Audits and approves performance appraisals, job evaluations, educational assistance, and disciplinary actions.
• Delivers training to improve managerial effectiveness and communicates HR policies.
