Empire Bakery located in Rocky Mount, VA, is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver comprehensive HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will partner with production leadership to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, performance management, compliance, and workforce development using ADP HCM systems.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of employment laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience required.
• Manufacturing, production, or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now platform.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for hourly positions.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
• Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and workers' compensation claims.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in ADP.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Support training and development initiatives for continuous improvement.
