Job summary

Emmi Roth USA is seeking an HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR contact at the Monroe site, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring policy alignment. You will report to the Sr.

HR Business Partner and help foster a positive employee experience while maintaining regulatory compliance. The role involves onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and collaboration with payroll/benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site HR representative supporting employees and managers.
• Manage onboarding processes for new hires.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and issue escalation.
• Administer HR policies consistently and confidentially.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Assist performance management including goal setting and reviews.
• Coordinate training with Sr. HRBP.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws at federal, state, and local levels.
• Partner with Sr. HRBP on organizational initiatives.
• Collaborate with payroll and benefits for accurate data processing.
• Participate in HR projects to boost engagement and efficiency.
