Job summary

You will oversee employee relations, compliance, labor management, recruiting, training, and HR systems, while working closely with plant leadership in a non-union environment. Strong communication across multi-ethnic teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–12+ years of HR leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish desired.
• Demonstrated servant leadership and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR for two plants, balancing strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, discipline, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory reporting.
• Oversee recruiting for hourly and salaried roles and onboarding programs.
• Develop and implement training, retention, and workforce development programs.
• Oversee HRIS, personnel records, and policy updates.
• Direct and support HR staff across two plants.
