Job summary

JobSquad Florida is seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on onboarding, recruitment coordination, payroll support, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance.

The right candidate will work closely with HR management, production supervisors, and department leaders to ensure accurate records and policy compliance across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR coordination or HR administration, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with onboarding, recruitment, payroll support, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of I-9 compliance, FMLA, FLSA, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting hourly employees, production teams, and multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and assisting hiring managers.
• Manage new-hire onboarding, including I-9, E-Verify, background checks, and drug screenings.
• Conduct new-hire orientations and communicate policies, safety, attendance, and benefits.
• Support daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
• Review timekeeping and assist payroll processing; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and open enrollment; support leave policies.
• Maintain OSHA-related training records and manufacturing compliance documentation.
• Assist with HR audits, policy updates, and process improvements.
