Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HR partner for plant leadership and employees.

• Partner on recruiting, onboarding, and talent development.
• Ensure HR policies and legal compliance.
• Maintain HRIS data and support HR processes using Workday.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on workforce planning.
