Job summary

DEVELOP LLC in Verona, Wisconsin, seeks a senior business developer to own and close multi-million-dollar engagements. You will open and develop accounts, travel to client facilities, and represent the company at trade shows to build a durable pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in or around manufacturing — on the floor, in the shop, in the process.
• You are a closer with the ability to drive deals forward.
• Strong listening and questioning to uncover true client needs.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% and represent the company at events and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Open and develop strategic accounts and close engagements that expand the book of business.
• Represent DEVELOP at trade shows and on-site client visits to build the pipeline.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM with deal ownership, stages, and next actions.
• Sell scoping engagements and coordinate with engineers to deliver value to clients.
