Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of manufacturing sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent technical experience considered.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–30%.
• Bonus: Familiarity with braking systems, mobile equipment, chassis components, or other engineered products.
• Experience in powersports, agriculture, construction, industrial, or automotive markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and on-site visits.
• Partner with customers to understand needs and identify solutions that support their goals.
• Serve as trusted contact from initial discussions through project launch.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and targeted markets.
• Grow market share by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering, program management, and internal teams to develop proposals and support new business opportunities.
• Coordinate internal resources to provide quotations, technical support, and project updates.
• Collaborate with customer engineering and technical teams to support product specifications and performance requirements.
