Qualifications

• Manufacturing exposure—shop floor, technical programs, or similar experience.
• You are a closer who asks for the business and moves deals forward.
• Disciplined in maintaining the CRM and pipeline; honest and persistent.

Responsibilities

• Open and develop accounts, grow the book of business, and close engagements.
• Represent the company at trade shows and client visits; travel 30–50% of the time.
• Listen to client needs, educate on automation projects, and lead scoping engagements end to end.
• Pass larger builds to the founder while you own other accounts and growth.
