MassMEP is seeking a seasoned Business Development Advisor to drive growth across Massachusetts manufacturing sectors, from electronics to precision machining. You’ll build trusted relationships with plant leaders, coordinate our project managers and technology experts, and move opportunities forward.

The role requires initiative, strong communication, and a strategic mindset to help manufacturers compete and expand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Travel daily throughout Massachusetts as required.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the quarterback for your territory, building trusted owner/plant leader relationships.
• Coordinate project managers, tech specialists, and partners to move opportunities forward.
• Drive growth by addressing capacity, quality, automation, workforce, and financing challenges.
