Job summary

EPS Connects LLC in Westbrook, CT is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own complex manufacturing projects and provide technical leadership in a high-precision aerospace components environment. You will work with experienced engineers, guide tooling and fixtures, and advance processes to support rapid growth.

This onsite role requires a strong mechanical foundation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor others while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Experience leading manufacturing projects through implementation.
• Experience with tooling, fixtures, or manufacturing process development.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex manufacturing problems.
• Experience mentoring or technically leading other engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CAD experience; SolidWorks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Develop, improve, and implement tooling and fixtures for manufacturing.
• Solve mechanical, process, equipment, and production problems.
• Support process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Improve quality, throughput, repeatability, ergonomics, and reliability.
• Evaluate processes and equipment as the business scales.
• Support new product introductions and production growth.
• Collaborate with internal automation and product engineering teams.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to other engineers.
