Qualifications

• 5-10 years of expertise in machine shop or precision manufacturing environments.
• Experience supervising or managing production teams.
• Experience in ISO-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with shop management software/ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily production activities within the facility.
• Lead and support a team of 25+ operators and technicians.
• Ensure production schedules are met and jobs ship on time with high quality.
• Coordinate workflow between production, quality, and sales teams.
• Monitor machine performance and address downtime or equipment issues.
• Implement and maintain ISO procedures and quality management standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop production schedules, staffing assignments, and workflow plans.
• Troubleshoot production challenges on the manufacturing floor.
• Support employee training and cross-training.
