Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime.
• Must pass drug testing and a background check.
• Ability to read and follow work and safety instructions.
• Ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, typing).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to the daily manufacturing plan and adjust operations as required.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Oversee production, inspection, and GM Built-in-Quality initiatives.
• Apply independent judgment within Global Manufacturing Systems, emphasizing SPQRCE (Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, Environment).
• Drive accountability through people and processes which may require difficult conversations.
