Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) seeks a Production Group Leader to supervise Team Leaders/Members in automotive manufacturing, directing activities across production areas to meet goals. You will plan schedules, inspect quality, enforce safety procedures, coordinate with supervisors, and drive improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

A bachelor’s degree and 1–5 years of related experience are preferred; strong English communication and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–5 years of job-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Team Leaders/Members in the manufacturing/quality areas of an automotive environment.
• Direct and coordinate activities of multiple team leaders in production of automotive vehicles.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet goals.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Demonstrate equipment operations and safety procedures.
• Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets for assigned areas.
