Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree; SCM or logistics major preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience; manufacturing background preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Generates a production schedule to maximize plant efficiency and meet inventory objectives.
• Controls production planning systems and mold management systems.
• Maintains contact with sales, Production Management Team, and mold suppliers to optimize processes.
• Purchases molds and manages payments through related systems.
• Analyzes and reports mold quantities to ensure smooth production.
• Creates KPI reports for management of personnel and production results.
• Addresses production constraints such as machine capacity and material shortages.
• Communicates with Production Management to align plan with daily results.
• Uses proprietary systems to monitor inventory and production results.
