Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Group Leader to guide 10-20 associates in daily manufacturing operations within a cGMP environment. You will coordinate scheduling, ensure timely documentation, and initiate work orders to maintain equipment and facilities.

You will train staff on SOP changes, maintain training compliance, and collaborate with QA, chemistry, microbiology, engineering, and production planning to meet production goals. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising 10–20 associates in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in documentation and batch records.
• Ability to coordinate cross-department scheduling and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations for 10-20 associates.
• Coordinate scheduling with QA, chemistry, microbiology, engineering, and production planning.
• Maintain cGMP documentation and batch records.
• Train employees on SOPs and ensure training compliance.
• Reconcile batch records and support investigations.
• Perform SAP transactions and manage finished goods, cleaning, and hold times.
