Responsibilities include coordinating with QA, chemistry, microbiology, and other departments; initiating work orders; and driving continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance in all activities.

Qualifications

• Direct daily guidance to 10–20 associates and ensure adherence to cGMP and quality standards.
• Proficient at completing all documentation in a timely and cGMP manner.
• Initiates work orders to maintain equipment and facilities.
• Trains new and existing employees on responsibilities and SOP changes; maintains training compliance.
• Coordinates finished goods, cleaning, hold times, sampling and delivery to the laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day direction of 10–20 associates.
• Coordinates scheduling with multiple departments to align with production.
• Completes SAP transactions and reconciles batch records.
• Identifies and completes continuous improvement projects in assigned area.
• Ensures operations are performed in a safe and regulatory-compliant manner.
• Assists with investigations for the area of responsibility.
