Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Group Leader to guide 10-20 associates in daily manufacturing operations within a cGMP environment. You will coordinate scheduling, ensure timely documentation, and initiate work orders to maintain equipment and facilities.

You will train staff on SOP changes, maintain training compliance, and collaborate with QA, chemistry, microbiology, engineering, and production planning to meet production goals. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Job SummaryThe Group Leader provides direct daily guidance to 10-20 associates regarding the day-to-day operations.
