Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Production Supervisor to supervise production personnel and coordinate processes in an assigned area. You will oversee shifts, ensure cGMP, SOP adherence, batch documentation, and drive continuous improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration across teams, and accountability for safety, quality, and efficiency. Compensation includes bonus potential and comprehensive benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience supervising hourly production staff.
• Strong knowledge of batch records and cGMP requirements.
• Experience performing deviation investigations and corrective actions.
• Ability to coordinate multiple lines and changeovers on a production floor.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of the production schedule and equipment changeovers.
• Oversee production processes on assigned shift across lines.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies and cGMPs.
• Document batch related data entry, verification, and approval.
• Lead deviation investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Develop and manage departmental SOPs and training.
• Monitor performance against budgets and department goals.
