Fresenius is seeking a Group Leader in the United States to guide 10-20 associates in daily operations. You will ensure adherence to cGMP and quality standards by following work instructions, SOPs and batch records, while coordinating with multiple departments and management.

Qualifications

• Direct day-to-day guidance to 10-20 associates.
• Adhere to cGMP and quality standards by following work instructions, SOPs and batch records.
• Proficient in maintaining training compliance and preparing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day direction of 10-20 associates.
• Coordinate scheduling and cleaning with multiple departments and direct manager.
• Complete all documentation in a timely and cGMP-compliant manner.
• Initiate work orders to maintain equipment and facilities.
• Train new and existing employees on responsibilities and SOP changes, maintaining training compliance.
• Reconcile and review batch records and assist investigations as needed.
