6 Degrees Search is seeking a General Manager for a mid-sized manufacturing and distribution operation in Spokane, WA. This leadership role carries full P&L responsibility and oversight of roughly 100 FTEs, with an emphasis on lean culture and a strong growth trajectory.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in manufacturing/distribution leadership, deep expertise in production planning, scheduling, safety and inventory control, and a proven track record of developing leaders and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean, and strategic planning.
• Full P&L experience.
• Excellent leadership, management and people development experience.

Responsabilités

• Full P&L responsibility.
• Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes.
• Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 ftes).
• Further implement lean culture/work environment.
• Develop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budget.
