Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience.
• Full P&L experience required.
• Strong knowledge of lean, production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility.
• Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes.
• Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (approximately 100 FTEs).
• Implement and leverage a lean culture/work environment.
• Develop and manage against a strategic/tactical plan and budget.
