Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a General Manager for its manufacturing and distribution leadership in the United States. This role carries full P&L responsibility and oversight of a ~100 FTE team, with a strong emphasis on lean practices and growth.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership, plus proven ability to drive strategic and operational plans, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/distribution leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean.
• Full P&L experience.
• Excellent leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility.
• Manage/lead all manufacturing & distribution functions and associated business processes.
• Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports (~100 FTE).
• Further implement and leverage a lean culture/work environment.
• Develop and manage against a strategic/tactical plan and budget.
