L.L.Bean is seeking a Frontline Supervisor for its manufacturing facility in Lewiston, Maine. You will lead 30-40 frontline employees, overseeing staffing, training, safety, and daily operations to meet production goals.

Strong communication and people leadership are essential to drive performance and continuous improvement. You will also participate in performance reviews, guide resource allocation, and partner with other departments to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven/demonstrated aptitude to lead.
• Effective verbal & written communicator.
• Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to frontline employees including motivation, communication, training & development, health & safety, workflow, and external relations.
• Oversee staffing and performance management, including coaching and performance reviews.
• Manage workflow, resource allocation, and safety compliance to meet production goals.
• Represent management in cross-functional collaboration and external relations as needed.
• Ensure timely communication of plans, updates, and policies to teams.
