Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical degree required or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred or higher relevant education
• Minimum 2+ years in leading frontline teams
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to manage health and safety in a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to frontline employees including motivation, communication, training & development, health & safety, workflow, and external relations
• Implement actions required to meet business goals
• Lead staffing decisions including hiring, transfers, recalls, and scheduling
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback
• Promote workplace safety initiatives and administer injury management
• Manage workflow and resource allocation to meet production targets
