Job summary

Siemens seeks a Business and Financial Professional to manage financial oversight across EP NA factories, reporting to the Governance and Performance Controller and partnering with North America Finance leadership to improve books, planning, KPIs, and strategic projects.

The role is based preferably at Peachtree Corners, GA, or at a US plant location; remote work would be considered. You will lead analytics, governance, and performance improvement programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Finance.
• 8-10 years’ experience in Finance, preferably in a manufacturing plant environment
• Very strong in depth knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and digitalization- / automation tools (Tableau, Snowflake, etc.)
• Strong Networking-, Collaboration- and Stakeholder Management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Project Management Skills and Experience / Change Management experience
• Solution oriented thinking and ability to practically apply methodic approaches to overcome business challenges
• Ability to effectively manage deadlines, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead performance controlling, governance, and financial oversight for key operational and corporate initiatives.
• Partner to EP NA FIN OPS Leadership on driving Strategic initiatives.
• Develop and deliver management presentations, business reviews, and decision proposals that support executive decision-making.
• Independently analyze complex business, organizational, process, and system-related topics, translating findings into actionable recommendations and measurable improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned areas of responsibility, providing guidance, governance, and best practices across the organization.
• Drive the continuous enhancement of reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools to improve transparency, standardization, and productivity.
• Perform regular and ad hoc analysis of business performance against targets, proactively identifying trends, risks, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate constructive performance discussions with factories and key stakeholders to ensure accountability and achievement of business objectives.
• Provide qualified backup support across the EP NA Finance Operations Governance and Performance Controlling organization, ensuring continuity of critical processes and deliverables.
• Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and other business requirements as needed.
