Siemens AG is seeking a Manager of Governance and Performance Controlling in its Finance Operations group. The role focuses on establishing, managing, and overseeing controls, reporting, and KPI-driven improvements across EP North America (US, MX, CAN) within a hybrid work model located in the United States.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Finance, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience and in-depth know-how of large and complex manufacturing environments.
• Comprehensive SCM- and manufacturing process understanding (beyond finance).
• Very strong in-depth knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and digitalization-/automation tools (Tableau, Snowflake, KNIME, PowerBI, etc.) and AI.
• Strong Networking-, Collaboration- and Stakeholder Management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive all performance controlling activities for EP North America Finance Operations (US, MEX, CAN).
• Own Governance for EP North America Finance Operations, including internal controls and coordination with auditors.
• Design, implement and monitor internal controls across the plant network and drive standardization/digitalization of processes.
