• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Project management experience and change management experience.
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance controlling, governance, and financial oversight for key operational and corporate initiatives.
• Develop management presentations, business reviews, and decision proposals for executive use.
• Independently analyze complex topics and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Drive reporting, analytics, and BI tools to improve transparency and standardization.
• Partner with factory leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
• Provide backup support across FP&A governance and operations.
