• BS in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Be part of the Finance Operations leadership team and partner with plant finance teams and Operations- and Operations Finance leadership teams.
• Own and drive all performance controlling activities for EP North America Finance Operations (US, MEX, CAN).
• Design, implement and monitor internal controls across the plant network to ensure accuracy of books and records and process adherence.
• Improve planning and forecasting processes, including timelines and tools.
• Develop KPI’s to measure targets and collaborate cross-functionally to take corrective actions.
