• Partner proactively with factory leadership, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver management presentations, business reviews, and decision proposals that support executive decision-making.
• Independently analyze complex business, organizational, process, and system-related topics, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Drive the continuous enhancement of reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools to improve transparency, standardization, and productivity.
