Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory/Foreman experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is required.
• Ability to lead employees and manage production activities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and PPE requirements.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Regular attendance and shift consistency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities within the assigned department.
• Direct employees and ensure production schedules and priorities are followed.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and work performance.
• Provide direction, training, coaching, and feedback to employees.
• Ensure employees follow Company policies, PPE requirements, and safety practices.
• Identify and address production problems, equipment issues, and workflow inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with Plant Management and other departments to maintain production flow.
• Assist with investigations involving safety, quality, attendance, or employee performance.
• Maintain accurate production and departmental records as required.
• Promote a professional, respectful, and safety-focused work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Management.
