Job summary

Qual Pac (A Pro Pac Company) in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift (3:30pm–12:00am) to lead daily manufacturing activities with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

This hands-on role supervises frontline employees, ensures production schedules meet customer requirements, and coordinates with warehouse, maintenance, and QA to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing supervision experience.
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices.
• Ability to lead frontline production staff and manage shift priorities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with warehouse, maintenance, and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2nd shift production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Provide direct leadership to frontline employees and manage staffing.
• Ensure schedules meet customer requirements and are executed on time.
• Monitor performance, downtime, throughput, and line efficiency.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
