Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise production staff and monitor workflow to meet schedules and targets.
• Maintain safe and clean operations in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Track, analyze, and report production performance metrics.
• Ensure equipment reliability by coordinating repairs and evaluating new equipment/techniques.
• Collaborate across departments to foster cooperation and efficiency.
• Resolve personnel issues while maintaining compliance with union agreements.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive high performance.
