Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica, located in Marion, Illinois, is seeking an experienced PM Production Foreman to oversee and lead daily production line operations on the PM shift (Mon–Fri, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM). Salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 per year based on experience.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork, with hands-on leadership to supervise staff, troubleshoot issues, and keep operations running smoothly through the shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage assigned production lines to achieve maximum efficiency and quality standards.
• Supervise production employees and provide leadership, direction, coaching, and support.
• Perform production line start-up procedures to ensure equipment is ready for timely operation.
• Assist employees with production tasks during problem periods to maintain consistent workflow.
• Oversee preventive maintenance needs for production line equipment and issue work orders to Maintenance when necessary.
• Complete and review daily production and downtime reports to identify and address performance issues.
• Enforce company safety policies and procedures and promote a safe working environment.
• Maintain clear communication and positive working relationships with employees and management.
• Coordinate with other departments, including Shipping and Receiving, to support overall production efficiency.
• Promptly report equipment, personnel, or operational concerns to the Production Superintendent.
