MAPEI Corporation in Garland, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will organize resources, oversee safety and quality, and guide training to ensure on-time production.

This role offers a competitive base salary, comprehensive medical insurance, 17 days of paid time off, a 401K with matching, dental and vision, telemedicine, and tuition reimbursement. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd as needed.

Qualificações

• Manufacturing or process environment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with computers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs independently; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
• Must be able to accommodate the designated shift hours: 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsabilidades

• Organize resources and workflows to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Supervise production team and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor staffing levels and maintain manpower within authorized levels
• Collaborate with corporate teams to support quality, regulatory, and reporting standards
• Analyze operations for improvements in methods, tools, communication, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with production procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations
• Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
